Ross Undershute
President and CEO

The Board of Directors of the FAS Group of Companies is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ross J. Undershute as President & CEO effective November 4, 2003. Prior to his appointment to President & CEO, Mr. Undershute was Vice-President and CFO. Ross is a CMA and a graduate of the University of Alberta.

Mr. Undershute’s background includes senior management/executive roles in both finance and operations with a major public health care company as well as experience in both public accounting and retail operations management. He has significant expertise in the areas of growth management, restructuring and strategic positioning.

The FAS Group of Companies is a leading specialist in the administration of health and pension benefits for both employers and insurers throughout Canada.


Deb Petryk
Vice President & CIO

A graduate of the University of Alberta, Deb has over 10 years of experience in the employee benefits field and directly oversees the claims processing, systems and call centre service areas.

Deb has considerable experience acting as a liaison with plan professionals such as consultants and actuaries and possesses strong technical skills with a demonstrated ability to implement technological solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.



Lucy Vocaturo
Client Service Executive

Lucy Vocaturo has over 6 years of experience in the employee benefits field and her background is in both disability and health/dental claims adjudication.

Lucy is responsible for cultivating and maintaining professional working relationships with clients and ensuring standards of customer service are being achieved.


Shelley Jones
Client Service Executive - Oakville

Shelley Jones graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Commerce. Shelley has over 13 years experience in the Group Insurance field, with the majority of these years being involved in Client Service. Shelley works out of the Oakville office and is responsible for coordinating the implementation of Group Life & Health Insurance plans. She acts as a liaison between clients/brokers and our Head Office staff and is responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients to ensure that customer service standards are being achieved.
