Client Service Executive

The Client Service Executive acts as the primary contact for the trustees of several multi-employer pension trust fund clients and other professionals such as auditors, legal counsel and consultants. The Client Service Executive attends trust fund meetings and is responsible for the preparation of agendas, action items and minutes as well as other general correspondence. The successful candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational ability and must also be proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software. A minimum of two years experience administering defined benefit pension plans is required and proficiency in both official languages would be a definite asset.

Disability Analyst

Funds Administrative Service (FAS) provides benefit administration services to trust fund, corporate, and government clients across Canada. Services provided include employee benefit plan administration, health and dental claims adjudication, and pension administration. Applications are invited for the position of Disability Analyst within our Processing Department. In this position you will be working with employees/members, insurance carriers and employers to assess and adjudicate disability claims. You will also be responsible for the coordination of information for life insurance, AD&D and waiver of premium claims.

Qualifications:

  • Three to five years experience in disability management field;
  • Working knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and persuasive nature;
  • Strong relationship building skills;
  • Proven organizational, analytical and decision making skills;
  • Flexibility with a passion for working in a fast paced team environment; and
  • Excellent time-management skills.
