FAS Launches Online Employer Reporting (OER)
In July 2001 the FAS Group of Companies launched Online Employer Reporting (OER), internet-based proprietary software that allows our multi-employer trust fund clients to submit employee hours via the internet. The introduction of OER is an important step in FAS’ ongoing commitment to enhance service and control costs by using technological advancements. This technology enables FAS to more efficiently manage the way employee hours are processed, directly resulting in improved customer service to our clients. Based on the feedback received so far, OER has been very well received.
